  Our experienced guide will greet you at your pickup location in Abu Dhabi, escort you to your 4x4 vehicle and drive you to the desert.

• Abu Dhabi Port – Ships Arrivals : Our Safari Marshal will be waiting at the guest’s entrance of the terminal, holding a name board of yours
• Abu Dhabi international Airport : Guests are requested to come to Airport Premier inn hotel lobby which is 10 minutes walk away
• Any City Hotels in Abu Dhabi : Our Safari Marshal will pick you up from any city hotel’s lobby
• Any Malls : Our Safari Marshal will pick you up from any main mall’s main entrance

• A minimum of 3 persons is required to operate this tour. Most of the time, the tour is conducted on a private basis. If your group has fewer than 3 participants, you may still book the tour as a private experience.
• We offer a sunrise desert safari without dune bashing for a smoother experience. This option is available for private bookings and can be customized.
• The Pick-up time depends on the sunrise timings and is usually 1 hour before sunrise. Since this tour availability is highly dependent on the weather conditions we highly recommend checking the weather forecast the night before your scheduled tour date. However, the desert weather is sometimes unpredictable which can result in some unexpected changes.
• Guests are kindly requested to remain at the hotel lobby or by the malls for pick up. Guests who will be picked up directly from the airport are requested to remain at the Airport Premier Inn hotel lobby.

• Comfortable clothing is advised, including closed shoes and trousers for quad biking.
• Winter - comfortable and warm clothes are recommended. (September to April).
• Summer - comfortable and light clothes.

• If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, you will be charged.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the sunrise desert safari tour will be charged, and the tour price will be deducted according to the cancellation policy.
