Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Policy applies to cancellations of any tour bookings. We authorize cancellation or modification of most tour reservations 4 days prior to the tour date. However, please note that certain tours cannot be cancelled due to specific reasons. For cancellations made before the 4-day period, a small processing fee will be charged and the tour rate will be fully refunded. For payments made via debit card or credit card, the refund process will take 20 working days, depending on your credit card service provider. Please note that money will not be refunded in the case of a no show.
