The Journey

You may choose to begin your overnight camping tour from either Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Once you’re prepared for two days in the wilds, our vehicles will meet you at the designated pickup location – and you’re off!

You’ll leave the straight roads of the city for the winding paths through the dunes, as our trekkers take you safely through the sands. Take a moment to breathe in the feeling of being in the vast, otherworldly expanse that is the Al Quaa desert; it can sometimes feel like you are taking a journey to a different planet. If you’re not prone to car sickness and would prefer to kick the level of adventure up a notch, our drivers would be willing to give you the proper desert-drive experience of tackling the dunes head on in our sturdy 4x4 vehicles. Whether you chose a tranquil journey or a dune-bashing experience, you’ll appreciate the chance to stretch your legs as we quickly set up camp upon reaching our campsite destination in Al Quaa, which is known as the Milky Way spot in Abu Dhabi.
